On June 16, 2016 Faith Gardens Medical Foundation International, Inc., a US based charity organization left United States with a team of 11 healthcare providers to provide free healthcare to the people of Ngoketunjia in the North West Region and the people of Yaounde in Mfoundi of the Centre Region of Cameroon.
